1. Overview

The TONIC70 promotion gives customers £8 off the Noughty Scalp Tonic 75ml when they meet the qualifying purchase criteria.
This offer applies automatically when the discount code TONIC70 is entered at checkout.

2. Eligibility

  • Offer available to all customers purchasing via the online store only.
  • No customer account restrictions apply.
  • POS and in-store transactions are excluded.

3. How to Qualify

To redeem the TONIC70 offer:

  • Your cart subtotal (before discounts and shipping) must be £15 or more.
  • Your cart must include at least one Noughty Scalp Tonic 75ml product.
  • Minimum qualifying quantity: 1 unit.

4. Discount Details

  • Discount type: Fixed amount off
  • Discount value: £8 off eligible product(s)
  • Discount code: TONIC70
  • Discount application: Automatically applies to all qualifying products when code is entered.
  • Order of application: Applied to the least expensive qualifying items first.

Limitations:

  • Maximum of 3 Scalp Tonic 75ml units per order eligible for discount.
  • The discount applies only to the same product (Scalp Tonic 75ml).
  • No discount applies to different or non-qualifying products.

5. Combination Rules

  • Cannot be combined with product discounts or order-level discounts.
  • Can be combined with shipping discounts.
  • Excludes bundles, gift cards, or sale items unless specifically stated otherwise.

6. Usage Limits

  • No total usage limit across all customers.
  • Limited to one use per customer.

7. Availability

  • Offer is active from 14 October 2025.
  • Valid online only.
  • In-store and POS channels are excluded.
  • Offer available while stocks last and can be withdrawn at any time or when stock finishes.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.
  • If items are returned and the remaining order no longer qualifies, the discount may be reversed in the refund calculation.

9. General Conditions

  • Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Subject to stock availability and valid only during the active promotion period.
  • The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the offer at any time or when stock finishes.
